These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the website www.cbngames.com and the mobile game Merge Infinity. By using the website or app, you agree to these terms.

1. Operator

2. License and Acceptable Use

Subject to your compliance with these terms, CBN Games grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the website and app for personal, non-commercial entertainment and informational purposes.

You may not misuse the website or app, interfere with security or service operation, attempt unauthorized access, use cheats or exploits, or reverse engineer the app except where applicable law clearly permits it.

3. Profiles and User Content

Merge Infinity may allow local player profiles, display names, leaderboard identities, and related profile features. You are responsible for information you choose to use in those fields and must not use unlawful, infringing, abusive, or misleading content.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all website content, game code, logos, designs, audio, artwork, gameplay systems, and related materials are owned by or licensed to CBN Games and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

5. In-App Purchases and Virtual Items

The app may offer optional in-app purchases, such as coin packs, ad-free access, power tokens, or similar digital items. Purchases are processed by third-party billing providers such as Google Play or the Apple App Store and are also subject to those providers’ terms, policies, and refund rules.

Virtual items, currencies, entitlements, and unlocks are licensed, not sold; have no cash value; are non-transferable; and may not be redeemed for money except where required by law. CBN Games may rebalance, modify, replace, or discontinue virtual items or features as part of ongoing development.

6. Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, modify, rebalance, or discontinue any part of the website or app, including game systems, missions, leaderboards, progression, and purchasable items, at any time with or without notice.

7. Third-Party Services

The website and app may rely on third-party services and platforms, including Google Play, the Apple App Store, Firebase, and RevenueCat. Those third parties may have separate terms and privacy policies that apply to your interactions with their services.

8. Suspension or Termination

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, enforce these terms, address abuse, comply with law, or respond to security and operational issues.

9. Disclaimers
