This Privacy Policy explains how CBN Games ("CBN Games," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use Merge Infinity: Number Puzzle (the "Game") on Android or iOS.

2. Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on the features you use, your platform, region, device settings, consent choices, and whether you link a social account.

• Account and profile information: Firebase user ID, display name or username, email address supplied by Google or Sign in with Apple, selected avatar, friend code, country or language setting, and linked sign-in provider.
• Friends and social information: friend requests, friend relationships, blocked users, reports and optional report notes, and online or gameplay presence.
• Duel and competition information: duel invitations, participants, selected game mode and difficulty, match state, scores, results, duel rankings, leaderboard entries, tournament participation, rewards, and related timestamps.
• Gameplay and progress information: level, score, moves, board and save state, unlocked content, coins, keys, boosters, rewards, settings, achievements, and gameplay events.
• Purchase information: product identifiers, purchase and entitlement status, transaction validation results, and restore history. Payment card or bank details are processed by Apple or Google and are not provided to us.
• Usage and analytics information: app launches, screen views, feature interactions, level and duel events, advertising interactions, session information, and other product interaction data.
• Device and technical information: app instance and device identifiers, advertising identifier where available, IP address, approximate region, device model, operating system, app version, language, network information, and consent status.
• Diagnostics: crash reports, stack traces, performance information, error details, and limited gameplay context such as the current screen, level, duel mode, or difficulty when a technical issue occurs.
• Support information: email address and the contents of communications you send to us, including support and data deletion requests.

3. How Information Is Collected

We collect information:

• directly from you when you create a profile, choose a name, or contact us;
• automatically when you use the Game;
• from Google or Apple when you choose to link an account, subject to your provider settings;
• from app stores, advertising, analytics, crash reporting, and purchase service providers.

4. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• provide gameplay, save progress, rewards, and personalized settings;
• create and maintain linked accounts and player profiles;
• operate friend requests, presence, blocking, reporting, live duels, leaderboards, and tournaments;
• verify purchases, restore entitlements, and deliver purchased features;
• display, personalize where permitted, and measure advertisements;
• understand feature usage and improve game balance and user experience;
• detect crashes, diagnose errors, and improve stability and performance;
• prevent fraud, abuse, cheating, and security incidents;
• respond to support, privacy, and deletion requests;
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

5. Social Features and Information Visible to Other Players

When you use social or competition features, your display name, avatar, country code, friend code, score, rank, tournament standing, online status, and duel status or result may be visible to other players. Do not use your full legal name or include sensitive personal information in your display name or report notes.

The Game does not require access to your phone address book. "Contacts" or social graph data refers to friend relationships created inside the Game.

6. Advertising and Consent

The Game uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to provide interstitial and optional rewarded advertisements. Depending on your region, consent choices, platform settings, and ad availability, Google may process advertising identifiers, device information, approximate location derived from signals such as IP address, and ad interaction data to deliver, limit, secure, and measure ads. Ads may be personalized or non-personalized as permitted by applicable law and your choices.

Where required, we use Google's User Messaging Platform to request and store advertising consent choices before requesting ads. You may also use applicable device or platform privacy controls to limit ad personalization or identifier access.

7. Analytics and Crash Reporting

We use Firebase Analytics to understand how players interact with the Game and to improve features, balance, and usability. We use Firebase Crashlytics to diagnose crashes and technical failures. Analytics and crash collection are enabled in production builds and may be changed or discontinued in future versions. Data collected while these services are enabled remains subject to this Privacy Policy and the providers' retention rules.

8. In-App Purchases

Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We use RevenueCat to validate purchases, restore entitlements, and manage purchase status. We receive purchase-related records and identifiers but do not receive your complete payment card or bank details.

9. Third-Party Services

We use the following service categories and providers:

• Google Firebase: Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, Analytics, and Crashlytics for account, social, backend, analytics, and diagnostic services.
• Google Sign-In: optional account linking on supported platforms.
• Sign in with Apple: optional account linking on Apple platforms.
• Google AdMob and User Messaging Platform: advertising, ad measurement, fraud prevention, and consent management.
• RevenueCat: purchase validation, entitlement management, and purchase restoration.
• Apple App Store and Google Play: app distribution, billing, purchase processing, and platform services.

10. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information for monetary payment. We may disclose information:

• to the service providers described above so they can perform services for us;
• to other players when you use public, social, ranking, or competition features;
• to protect users, investigate abuse, prevent fraud, or secure the Game;
• when required by law, legal process, or a valid governmental request;
• as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Advertising providers may process identifiers and usage information for advertising and measurement as described in Section 6, depending on consent and platform settings.

11. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Game and its social features, maintain competition integrity, provide purchased content, prevent fraud, comply with legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and provider.

Social profile and relationship data is generally retained while your linked social account remains active. Analytics, diagnostics, purchase, security, leaderboard, and tournament records may be retained for a limited period after account deletion or may be aggregated or de-identified where permitted by law.

12. Your Choices, Account Deletion, and Data Requests

You can control certain data directly in the Game:

• Delete a linked social account: open the Game's Settings screen and select Delete social account. You may be asked to authenticate again. This removes the linked Apple or Google identity and associated social profile, friend code, friend relationships and requests, presence, social blocks and reports, duel invitations, duel history, and duel ranking data from our active social systems.
• Reset local game data: use the reset option in Settings. Clearing app data or uninstalling the Game may also remove information stored only on your device.
• Advertising choices: use the consent controls shown where required and the advertising or privacy controls available on your device or platform.

Deleting a social account does not automatically erase local gameplay progress stored on your device. Certain purchase, fraud-prevention, security, leaderboard, tournament, or legal records may be retained where necessary, or de-identified where appropriate.

You may also request access, correction, or deletion by visiting our Data Deletion page or emailing info@cbngames.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.

13. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information, receive a portable copy, or withdraw consent. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. To exercise a right, contact us using the details below.

14. Children's Privacy

Merge Infinity is not directed to children under 13 or under the minimum age required by local law to consent to data processing. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable minimum age. If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

15. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted transmission where supported. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

16. International Data Transfers

We and our service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international data transfers.

17. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Game, our providers, or legal requirements. We will post the updated policy on this page and revise the effective date.
